Sage & Sand Development is a boutique development studio building custom homes across two of the country's most sought-after markets: Austin, Texas and South Florida's coastline, from Palm Beach to Miami Beach. We specialize in creating luxury residences that are as architecturally distinct as the places they call home.
Our focus is on originality. Every project is conceived, designed, and built to stand apart, never a repeated formula, always a fresh expression of place, light, and material. In Austin, that vision has taken shape as modern contemporary residences and homes inspired by Santa Barbara's European design tradition. In South Florida, it's evolving into coastal modern homes built for indoor-outdoor living and the region's waterfront lifestyle.
From site selection through final finish, we oversee every decision - architecture, materials, and design to ensure each home reflects a singular standard of craftsmanship and character.
